This case presents the question whether the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (Commission) is entitled to intervene in a private employment discrimination suit brought in federal court under 42 U.S.C. ? 1981 and under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. ? 2000e et seq. The District Court denied the motion to intervene but invited the Commission to participate as an amicus curiae by filing briefs and by making evidentiary presentations. We affirm.
